Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
By adding UndergroundBot ("the bot") to a Discord server or by using its dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
UndergroundBot is a free Discord bot and configuration dashboard provided by a private operator. It is offered as is, with no guarantee of availability, performance or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change or be removed at any time, and the service may be taken offline without notice.
Acceptable use
- You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
- You are responsible for how you configure the bot on your server, including any action its auto-moderation or protection features take against your members.
- Do not use the bot to harass others, to distribute illegal content, or to break the law in your jurisdiction.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text and settings you enter. You grant the operator permission to store and process that data as needed to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Suspension
The operator may remove the bot from a server or block access to the dashboard at their discretion, for example in response to abuse or a breach of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages, including loss of data or disruption to your server, arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. The date at the top of the page reflects the last change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict of law rules.
